Amanzi Boutique Resort

This is a very late post. But I am so amazed by the whole concept and the beauty of the place that I decided to write about it. I am sure things must have been changed or arranged till now as it was very new when we stayed to this place in 2015.

After the birth of Vihaan (my younger offspring) it was very important to visit to a place good for babies’ fresh air and positive vibes around no noisy area. Usually weekend gateways have these but we could find just exactly what we wanted in the Amanzi Boutique resort via Facebook and google. Though we found it a bit costly but the pictures and the facility as per the site has been mesmerizing. So we gave it a try.

The welcome in the room

The booking was simple and the lady over the phone made the whole process good enough that we were looking forward for the trip. The resort is a bit in an isolated place so you better follow the instruction provided by the resort team carefully.

As it was long back and I was not writing blogs then I don’t remember the names of the owner but the couple were super friendly and willing to help every time. The lady I believe Anaita Punjabi told us that the resort was a dream project of her husband and she is helping him live it. The whole place is so beautifully designed and maintained that it shows the love and care of the owners for the project.

You can be assured the place to be exactly the same you see in the site pictures.

There were many such beautiful stone monuments
My lil girl copying on such stone art
Our cottage behind

Where:-  As quoted in the site “Designed by famous architect Shabbir Unwala, it’s just 2 hours’ drive from Mumbai and 1 hour from Pune. Located in Tikona, it’s the best place for trekking, kayaking and paragliding”

How to reach: – I would suggest to follow the map/ directions mention on the site which itself is very detailed. Also the resort owners are very helpful.  http://amanzi.in/

Type of vacation: – Luxury in natures lap. Perfect gateway for city. Wish we would have stayed for two nights to explore more nearby and the dam. There are 4 types of villas and each have its own specialty. We stayed in Delux Villa which was overlooking most part of the property and the beautiful water from the dam. I am sure this whole place will have the most beautiful view during rains. Clouds, water from the dam and the rains results in beauty unlimited.

Review: – Beautiful mornings and lovely lighted evenings. Smartly designed cottages gives a complete luxury experience, I specially loved the library and pool side area looking over the whole property.

Like: – the cottages are designed for luxury and are one of a kind. The service and the food is beautiful. Enough points for photography.

Dislike: – nothing much in particular.

Recommended: – Yes, ensure to take two nights to enjoy completely.

Enjoy few more pictures
